The manufacturing facility of TAMCO Middle East is located in Jebel Ali Free Zone, Dubai. It is having an overall installed area of approximately 8000 sq. meters.

The manufacturing facility is inclusive of sheet steel fabrication, Bus bar fabrication, 7-stages of Automatic Powder Coating Painting facilities, automated wire cutting and crimping machines, labeling machines for it day to day activities. Each area is equipped with state of the art machineries to ensure precision and accurate outputs that go into building the product.

To facilitate movement of products and materials within the factory, there are two overhead cranes of Capacity of 5 Tonnes and 1 Tonne respectively in operation. Additionally there are forklifts, hi-stacks, and hydraulic pallet trucks in operation. Air Receivers and compressors are in place for feeding the various pneumatic machineries that run throughout the factory.

The sheet steel fabrication department work on Computerized Numerically Controlled Machines (CNC) including the TRUMPF 5000R having automatic sheet loading and unloading facility. Bending operations are done on AMADA machines. Welding, apart from normal gas welding also includes spot welding and stud welding facilities.

The busbar fabrication department has AMADA cutting and punching machines and folding machines from NOVOPRESS which are used for the fabrication of Copper.

A seven stage powder coating painting facility inclusive of zinc phosphating stage ensures the best quality of the painted output with zero chances of rust propagation in the cutting edges.

The Electrical assembly area are equipped with Computerized Automatic Wire Cutting, Stripping & Crimping Machines for maintaining uniformity in the various electrical connection and hence virtually ruling out the chances of human error in these activities.

For Identification and labeling of products, equipment and sub-assemblies, the facility is equipped with Computerized Labeling machine from FLEXICAM to work on Trafolyte sheets, and other Cable and Terminal Marker machines as well.

All of the above machineries and equipment in tandem with skilled operators / technicians in charge lead to the precision and accurate outputs at each and individual work stations thereby producing the switchgear which is reliable and of the highest quality.
